Data processing addendum

1. Overview

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Software Tutorial Services LLC ("Processor") and the Customer ("Controller"). It applies where Processor processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller in the course of providing Courseware Studio services.

2. Processor Obligations

Instructions: Processor shall only process Personal Data on the Controller’s documented instructions.

Confidentiality: Processor ensures that all personnel authorized to process data are committed to strict confidentiality.

Security: Processor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

3. Sub-processing

Controller provides a general authorization for the use of the sub-processors listed on our Sub-processors page. Processor will inform Controller of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of sub-processors.
