Do I need an account or credit card to create the free syllabus?
No. You can create, review, add the optional Proposal Page, and download the standard Courseware Studio syllabus PDF through the anonymous free-syllabus flow without entering payment information or creating a permanent account. Create an account when you want to keep the project, approve it, edit it later, or move into courseware production.
Can I create and share a syllabus before purchasing course production?
Yes. The Free Syllabus Builder is designed for customer evaluation, proposals, and scoping before production. After permanent account conversion, an unapproved syllabus follows the normal 14-day review window; approval starts a fresh 14-day window, and an approved syllabus can be extended before it expires.
Can I sell, publish, or use the courseware commercially?
Yes. Every paid Courseware Studio package includes full commercial rights to use, teach, deliver, publish, sell, distribute, and reuse the generated courseware through your own internal, LMS, training, consulting, client-delivery, or publishing channels. The package you choose determines which deliverables and editing features you receive, not whether you can use the finished course commercially.
What is different about Courseware Publisher if all paid packages include commercial rights?
Courseware Publisher is a production upgrade, not a rights upgrade. It adds white-label Publisher deliverables, separate light- and dark-background logo uploads, per-deliverable logo and copyright controls, editable Word source files, the eLearning Import Package for Storyline, Captivate 13, and iSpring Suite, Bootcamp Mode, CourseRemaster™ source upload, SME Technical Review, Special Syllabus Instructions, 7-language generation, and the highest included Courseware Editor Rev allowance. The LMS-Embedded AI Learning Assistant is available for every paid package.
What is included in the eLearning Import Package?
The Courseware Publisher eLearning Import Package is designed for teams that want to generate the course in Courseware Studio and continue authoring in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate 13, or iSpring Suite. One ZIP organizes shared PPTX, DOCX, PDF, media, and course-structure assets once, then provides tool-specific folders for Storyline resources and configuration, Captivate 13 CSV assessment and knowledge-check imports, and iSpring QuizMaker XLSX question imports. Every new package also includes a current Intro Video set for every module (MP4, VTT and SRT captions, plus transcript TXT); Courseware Studio reuses existing current videos and automatically generates missing or stale sets before the ZIP is finalized. It does not generate native proprietary authoring-project files or imply that every shared file type imports directly into every authoring tool.
Can I add Self-paced eLearning to any paid package?
Yes. Self-paced eLearning is an optional $3,000-per-course-day add-on for Core LMS, Instructor-Led, and Courseware Publisher courses. You can select it during the original course purchase or add it later after the base deliverables are complete. Deliver it as Standalone HTML5, SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, or cmi5. The outputs include full commercial deployment and usage rights. The add-on does not change the base package or add unrelated Courseware Publisher-only production features.
What is the Courseware Editor?
The Courseware Editor lets paid customers revise delivered course content before generating and downloading a clearly labeled Rev deliverable set while the original audited deliverables remain preserved. Core LMS includes 1 Rev generation, Instructor-Led includes 2, and Courseware Publisher includes 3. Additional Rev generations are $99 per class-day.
Is there a free one-day production option?
For eligible new customers, a one-time free one-day production option of up to four modules is offered after an eligible syllabus is approved. That output is for evaluation and internal review unless a paid package, upgrade, or written permission provides broader rights. Creating the free syllabus does not consume this production offer.
How are payment, editing, and generation problems handled?
Courseware Studio provides a custom digital generation service that begins after payment or credit redemption. Purchases become final once generation begins, except where required by law. Verified platform failures are handled first through repair, regeneration, rerun, replacement, or restored credits under the Course Generation and Remediation Policy. Normal AI review and editorial refinement are handled through the Courseware Editor and Rev workflow included with paid packages.
Is the LMS-Embedded AI Learning Assistant available with Core LMS and Instructor-Led packages?
Yes. The LMS-Embedded AI Learning Assistant is available for all paid packages. It is grounded in the approved course content and helps learners review lessons, ask course-related questions, and reinforce key concepts directly within supported LMS packages.
What is the Private Client Catalog?
Private Client Catalog is a quote-based managed catalog option for organizations that need private handling, branding, governance, controlled access, setup-package terms, production credits, or other custom commercial terms under a written agreement.
Can authors use their own books or manuscripts?
Yes. Authors keep ownership of their original books, manuscripts, outlines, and source materials. Use only content you own or have permission to use. All paid packages include full commercial rights to generated courseware, Courseware Editor access, and the LMS-Embedded AI Learning Assistant. Courseware Publisher adds white-label deliverables, project-specific logo and copyright controls, editable source, the eLearning Import Package, CourseRemaster™, Bootcamp Mode, SME Technical Review, and multilingual generation. Copyright ownership or registration eligibility may depend on your source material, human edits, selection, arrangement, branding, and applicable law.
Can I use these courses with any LMS?
Yes. Paid Core LMS, Instructor-Led, and Courseware Publisher courses include platform-neutral LMS deployment formats including SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, and cmi5.
