1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or purchasing a license on Courseware Studio (coursewarestudio.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Service description

Courseware Studio is an AI-powered e-learning generation platform operated by Software Tutorial Services LLC. The service generates interactive HTML5 courses, SCORM packages, student manuals, and instructor guides based on parameters you provide.

Course content is generated by large language models. Output quality and accuracy may vary. Before initiating generation, you are required to acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and that you are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

3. Purchases and payment

All purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your location. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Vouchers issued by Courseware Studio may be applied at checkout and reduce or eliminate the payment amount for a single project. Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as specified at the time of issuance.

4. Refunds and reruns

Our complete refund and rerun terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. The following is a summary only:

• If the generation pipeline fails to produce a complete course, you are entitled to a rerun voucher.
• If the pipeline completes and a full course is available for download, no refund is issued, regardless of content quality.
• Rerun requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of project completion or failure. Where possible, include your approved course syllabus with your request — this helps us diagnose the issue and issue your voucher faster.
• Trial and voucher-funded projects are excluded from this policy.

5. License to use generated content

Upon successful generation and payment, you receive a license to use the generated course content according to the tier you purchased:

• Standard: Unlimited internal use, customer training, and unlimited learners. Content may be adapted or translated.
• Extended: Everything in Standard, plus the right to remove Courseware Studio branding, rebrand the content as your own, sublicense to partners, and create derivative works.
• Exclusive: Everything in Extended, plus permanent exclusivity — the specific generated course is never reproduced for any other customer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Courseware Studio to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Is defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
• Is designed to deceive learners or misrepresent credentials

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software Tutorial Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of generated content, including losses resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI output.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project does not exceed the amount you paid for that project.

8. Lab environment setup scripts

Certain license tiers include access to lab environment setup scripts (“Scripts”) included with the Trainer Preparation Guide. These Scripts are provided as a convenience to assist instructors in provisioning cloud-based lab environments and are offered on an as-is basis.

By downloading or using any Script, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all costs incurred on your cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or any other provider) as a result of running these Scripts, including compute, storage, networking, and any other billable resources.
• You are responsible for testing all Scripts thoroughly in a non-production environment before using them in a live classroom. Scripts are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• Scripts are provided at a point in time and may reference cloud platform features, images, or APIs that change over time. Software Tutorial Services LLC does not guarantee that any Script will remain functional after the date it was included in your course download.
• macOS lab environments are not supported for automated provisioning. Scripts are designed for Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Ubuntu Linux, and Microsoft Azure-hosted environments only.
• Script update and customization services are available from Software Tutorial Services LLC for an additional fee. Contact support@coursewarestudio.ai for details.

Software Tutorial Services LLC is not liable for any costs, damages, data loss, or security incidents arising from the use of these Scripts. You use them entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Authorized resellers and third-party representatives

Only parties holding a current, written reseller agreement signed by Software Tutorial Services LLC are authorized to sell, resell, or represent Courseware Studio or any of its services. No other individual or entity is authorized to act on behalf of Software Tutorial Services LLC in any sales or marketing capacity.

Representations, warranties, pricing, discounts, or feature commitments made by unauthorized third parties are not binding on Software Tutorial Services LLC, even if a purchase results from such representations. Customers who receive offers or commitments not reflected on this website should contact support@coursewarestudio.ai before purchasing.

Published pricing at coursewarestudio.ai/pricing is authoritative. Custom pricing, volume discounts, or modified terms require written confirmation from Software Tutorial Services LLC.

No third party is authorized to use the Courseware Studio name, logo, or CourseRemaster™ trademark without prior written permission from Software Tutorial Services LLC.
