How Can You Use Courseware Studio with Adobe Captivate 13?

Courseware Publisher can prepare an eLearning Import Package for a Captivate workflow so your team starts with structured course assets instead of recreating the content from a blank project.

Captivate workflow

  1. Complete the Courseware Publisher course

    Approve the syllabus and finish course generation so the shared source assets are available.

  2. Generate the eLearning Import Package

    Use the project’s eLearning Import Package panel and allow preparation to finish.

  3. Download and extract the package

    Open the Captivate folder along with the shared root folders for PPTX, DOCX, PDF, Media, and Course Structure.

  4. Use the Captivate guidance and CSV resources

    Follow the included Captivate-specific instructions. Current assessment and Knowledge Check handoff uses CSV import resources rather than advertising GIFT as the Captivate 13 path.

  5. Complete detailed authoring in Captivate

    Apply the project design, interactions, timing, and other Captivate-specific decisions your learner experience requires.
