How Can You Use Courseware Studio with iSpring Suite?

If your team already works in iSpring Suite, Courseware Studio can prepare the instructional foundation and organize the handoff rather than requiring you to author every source artifact manually.

iSpring workflow

  1. Complete Courseware Publisher production

Approve the syllabus and generate the course so the Publisher source assets are ready.

  2. Generate the eLearning Import Package

Use Generate eLearning Import Package on the eligible completed project.

  3. Extract the completed ZIP

Use the iSpring folder together with the shared PPTX, DOCX, PDF, Media, and Course Structure folders.

  4. Import supported assessment resources

Use the included iSpring QuizMaker XLSX question imports and follow the package guidance for the rest of the handoff.

  5. Finish in iSpring Suite

Apply the tool-specific presentation and interaction work needed for the final learner experience.

Important boundary

The package does not fabricate a native proprietary iSpring project file and does not imply an iSpring partnership or certification.
